Burdette’s Mission is to develop long lasting client relationships by providing high quality, sustainable, and humanely processed meats in support of our local ranchers and families. Our commitment to respecting the animal: Respect extends beyond the animal’s life, though the precision of our cuts, to how we strive to utilize every part of the animal to ensure minimal waste. We take the artisan approach of breaking down whole animals weekly. This method results in the opportunity to utilize every part of the animal, and offer the freshest & custom, quality cuts possible to our clients at an affordable price. The smaller size of our operation allows us to cultivate relationships with clients as well as local ranchers, farmers & our community.
